Our client is a pioneering clean technology start-up with ambitious growth plans.
They require a Senior Project Engineer to join the team and deliver new products and design improvement projects.
This will help scale the business for a global market from their site in Birdhill, Co. Tipperary, near Limerick.
The successful candidate will work alongside renowned industry leaders in a young, fast-growing clean tech company.

The Role
The Senior Project Engineer will manage equipment and manufacturing improvement projects to support current systems and future company products.
This includes design, project management, and hands-on execution responsibilities within a growing start-up organisation.
Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver equipment-related projects to support the company's product family.
* Develop projects to improve manufacturing processes and address product quality and reliability issues.
* Collaborate across the business to identify user requirements and prototype solutions for new products.
All projects must be completed on time, on budget, and in line with regulations and industry best practice for design and execution.

Responsibilities
The role involves delivering a portfolio of new design and design improvement projects to enhance existing products.
Key tasks include identifying and resolving manufacture and performance issues, providing leadership and technical input, gathering stakeholder inputs, and documenting project scope and timelines.
A successful candidate must have strong leadership and technical skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Requirements
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Process or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
* 7 years of experience in electrical/mechanical equipment manufacture, with at least 3 years in a project leadership role.
Skills and Competencies:
* Demonstrated track record of leading and delivering equipment projects.
* Strong leadership and project management skills.
* Excellent technical skills and knowledge of world-class design methodologies and manufacturing processes.
Estimated Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum.
