Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Customer Success professionals to help our customers maximise the value of their subscriptions and services. This role requires strong relationships and strategic partnerships with clients across various stakeholders, working closely with other partners.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build meaningful relationships with customers and lead customer onboarding experience, validating and identifying customer needs and potential challenges.
* Promote paid features and ensure high customer satisfaction and reference ability.
* Proactively identify and mitigate the risk of churn.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German (C2 or higher) and English fluency (C1 or higher).
* Customer Success or Account Management experience within SaaS.
* Prior exposure to database, cloud, and infrastructure technology is a plus.
* High levels of organisation and prioritisation skills.
