Job Description Statkraft Ireland has experienced significant growth since entering the Irish market in 2018.
We have more than tripled our workforce to manage our development portfolio and ambitious plans to roll out 3 GW of renewable energy projects in Ireland by 2030.
We are now seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join on team on a fixed term basis (14-month contract).
Reporting into the HR Business Partner for Ireland, The HR Advisor will play a crucial role in the Human Resource department, providing operational support on various HR matters.
Some key responsibilities associated with this role will include but are not limited to: Recruitment – Support talent & acquisition and management on drafting job descriptions, routing recruitment requests for approval, interviewing candidates, delivering interview feedback, supporting with career fairs and intern/graduate recruitment campaigns Onboarding – issuing of employee contracts, onboarding paperwork, supporting with induction and other new hire activities System administration – Transacting employee data on our HR platforms (including registering and terminating users, actioning organisational changes, compiling reports etc) Payroll support- Responsible for monthly payroll notes, liaising with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure the smooth processing of our monthly payroll DE&I & Wellness - Support and organise D&I events and Wellbeing initiatives HR administration – Supporting the HR Business Partner with HR administration and also managing employee queries and requests Benefit processing - Ensuring the smooth administration of our healthcare and pension schemes Performance Management – Support local management with performance reviews, our annual performance appraisal process and other performance optimisation measures Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred Proven work experience as a HR Generalist, HR Advisor or a similar role is essential Hands-on experience with HR Management Software Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills A team player with strong relationship building skills Strong organisation skills and time management skills Additional Information A career with Statkraft is a career filled with purpose – meaning that every employee is not just making a living, they are making a real difference to the planet, our communities, and the future.

You will be required to be in the office three days per week.
