Role Profile
As Branch Manager you will report to the Area Operations Manager and be accountable for the commercial performance of the Goresbridge Branch and its impact on the communities it serves.
Key Responsibilities
* Developing future sales strategy for the site to ensure that operating profit is exceeded on an annual basis
* Managing the branch in line with set annual budgets
* Developing customer relationships and providing superior customer service
* Growing sales across all our product ranges in Agri and Retail
* Ensuring efficient and timely stock management
* Ensuring the branch presentation is to the highest retail standards
Requirements
* A professional qualification in Agriculture or a related discipline
* A strong and wide knowledge of all Agri sectors
* An excellent understanding of retail standards and keen interest in this area
* Strong knowledge of computer systems - SAP, EPOS and Microsoft Office
