We serve the Irish market with a diverse range of healthcare products, including diagnostics, medical devices, and nutritionals products.
In Ireland, we employ over 4,000 people across nine sites, with seven manufacturing facilities located in Clonmel, Kilkenny, Cootehill, Donegal, Longford, and Sligo, and a third-party manufacturing management operation in Sligo.

Reporting to the Director of Quality, you will work across multiple projects designing actions for your team, leading to tangible results that will make a real impact on the lives of diabetes patients worldwide.
Your Key Responsibilities
Leading the development and implementation of advanced quality systems, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards like FDA QSRs, ISO 13485, and IVDR.
Managing site operations to maintain the highest levels of compliance and operational excellence.
Overseeing and enhancing various quality functions and systems as needed.
Guiding and developing the quality department staff, creating robust training and development plans.
Analyzing product quality and process data using sophisticated statistical techniques to identify trends and drive improvement plans.
Developing and refining essential quality metrics and indicators to track performance, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Leading initiatives within the quality department and division to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Ensuring smooth transfer of product design changes to manufacturing, adhering to established policies and procedures.
