Job Opening: Site Security Night Team Lead at Securitas Security Services Ireland
Securitas Security Services Ireland is currently recruiting a Site Security Night Team Lead for our client based in Leixlip, Co. Kildare.
The Site Security Night Team Lead will be responsible for the daily leadership and management of supervisors and staff on site. They will oversee the operational effectiveness of the Security Operations Centre and the onsite team, act as the first escalation point with the client, chair weekly meetings, ensure all posts are covered, and oversee staff training to meet standards. Upholding Securitas values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness is essential.

Key Responsibilities
1. Staff Performance and Safety: Manage staff performance, compliance, conduct audits, and maintain documentation.
2. Security Operations: Plan and manage security and special events.
3. Learning and Development: Organize training exercises, update procedures, and implement lessons learned.
4. Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements.
5. Client and Security Management Support: Liaise with clients, plan and chair weekly meetings.
6. Document Management: Maintain SOPs and AIs.
7. BCP Creation: Develop Business Continuity Plans.
8. Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry standards.
9. Reporting and Training: Prepare reports, manage training matrices, and identify skill gaps.
