Job Title: Functional Specialist (Hybrid Role)
Starting salary of £38,500 (Full-Time) with Part-Time roles available. OTE: £45,650 after settling in and a Monthly 10% quality performance bonus.
* Conduct 3 unique assessments per day to support claimants in need.
* Produce accurate, detailed reports based on assessments.
* Maintain professionalism while working with claimants.
Qualifications:
* At least 12 months post-qualification experience in Nursing (RMN, RGN, RLDN), Occupational Therapy, Paramedics, or Physiotherapy.
* Active registration with NMC/HCPC/GMC with no practice restrictions.
* No prior Functional Specialist experience required, comprehensive training provided.
