– To provide information to clients on property matters as required.
– To prepare and manage annual service charge budgets/apportionments.
– To manage the collection of rent, service charge and insurance with assistance from the credit control and finance team.
– To manage on-site teams (centre managers, operations managers, caretakers etc…) where applicable.
– The management of 3rd party contractors (security, cleaning, PPM etc…) and regular tendering of contracts to ensure value for money and quality service levels.
– The management of insurance and risk to ensure the appropriate levels of cover, coupled with minimal levels of risk.
– To manage and monitor KPI’s and various data streams in relation to assets under management. This will include regular management of the Bannon client reporting platform – PRO (Property Reporting Online).
– To assist clients in their dealings in Commercial Property.
– To research and compile reports as required.
– To assist with tenders for new/existing business when required.
– To report any issues or concerns with clients immediately to Directors so as to ensure compliance with professional indemnity insurance obligations.
– To assist fully in the professional development of graduate surveyors and students.
– To ensure that you operate in accordance with internal ISO 9001/ISO 14001 regulatory/legal requirements.
– To contribute to sustainability developments and initiatives internally within Bannon and with clients.
Job Requirements (including qualification & experience)
Skills:
- To keep abreast of all property market trends and developments including statutory developments and legal precedence.
- Strong interpersonal skills with colleagues and clients.
- Competency in the Microsoft Suite of computer applications.
Qualifications:
- A degree in Property Economics or equivalent Property Management/Valuation Surveying (at least Certificate level of any of the above).
