Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced part-time Driver/General Assistant to join our team at CCSL in Bunratty. This role requires flexibility, with a pattern of hours that includes Monday to Sunday, weekend work, and varying shifts.


Main Responsibilities:

* Provide excellent service to customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Take due care and diligence when driving.
* Maintain the vehicle in a safe and hygienic manner, reporting any defects to your manager.
* Ensure preparation of supplies in advance of service as required by CCSL.
* Support during service, including food delivery and preparation where required.
* Check, receive, and put away deliveries from suppliers according to company procedures.
* Comply with all policies and procedures introduced by CCSL and agreed upon with our client.
* Work effectively as a team member of CCSL.
* Involved in set up, service, and clean down of all banquets according to CCSL guidelines and specifications.
