My Client leading a leading electrical company based in Baldonnell are expanding their team and are currently looking for a dedicated, positive and ambitious person to join our growing Service Administration Team. Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases. Verify the accuracy of information and resolve any discrepancies. Follow data entry protocols to meet confidentiality and security standards.. Organise and manage data files. Merging files to update outdated or incomplete data. Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry. Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis. Candidate requirements: Exceptional knowledge of office computer systems and software. Strong written and communication skills. Experience working in data entry software and maintaining detailed information. Ability to effectively work within record software and update files accurately. The ability to clearly and efficiently communicate and retrieve important information to update records as required. Great attention to detail. Positive attitude, reliable & dependable.
