Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

The role of Inside Sales Representative is crucial in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. Key responsibilities include generating revenue through phone and email across Ireland's classified categories and commercial advertising content.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build a sales funnel by generating leads via inbound follow-up, outbound cold calling and emailing for your area of responsibility.
2. Develop good client relationships.
3. Ensure all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision-makers and understanding their requirements.
4. Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
5. Use layered, open-ended questions to understand and clarify customer objectives and challenges.
6. Prioritize solutions over products when making recommendations aligned to customer objectives.
7. Follow best practices when using AdPoint – sales opportunities, pipeline management & sales activities.
8. Conduct effective online solution demos to prospective clients.
9. Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned area of responsibility.
10. Achieve agreed sales targets, KPI goals, and objectives.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for desired revenue outcomes.
Requirements:
1. At least 3 years of experience in a high-performing inside sales environment.
2. Deep understanding of the entire advertising market.
3. Experience in consultative sales processes.
4. Proven track record of achieving and surpassing targets.
Skills:
1. Proven inside sales experience.
2. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation skills, and ability to identify new opportunities.
3. Effective phone presence and managing high call volumes.
4. Ability to build and maintain excellent customer relationships.
5. Ability to perform well under pressure.
