As a Credit Control Administrator you will support the wider finance team and contribute to the month running of the finance function.
This is a 12-month contract with a strong possibility of permanency.
Key responsibilities: Daily creation, validation, and remittance of banking files for our ROI & NI businesses.
Maintenance and updating of databases including new site set-up across multiple applications/software.
Uploading of the daily sales files and weekly reconciliation of sales files.
Weekly reconciliation of AR ledger and control accounts Working with internal stakeholders Supporting the Credit Control Manager in the governance of financial risk exposure from existing and new customers Requirements for successful candidate 3 yrs+ experience in Credit Control role Strong technical and system skills Strong Excel skills an advantage Proven ability to work in a deadline driven environment Excellent communication and ability to build relationships across with both internal & external stakeholders Skills: Credit Control Reconciliation Deadline Driven Multitask
