Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to handle customer orders, process them through to completion, and manage shipping arrangements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background and be able to commit to a long-term role within our organization.
Key Responsibilities Take customer orders via phone and email Process orders accurately from receipt to shipping Provide excellent customer service and support Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment Maintain accurate customer and order records Required Qualifications Previous experience in customer service and order processing Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently and as part of a team Desired Skills Experience in the paint or coatings industry (preferred but not required) Knowledge of shipping and logistics processes Familiarity with CRM systems Work Schedule Monday to Thursday: 08:00 - 16:30 Friday: 08:00 - 15:30 Compensation and Benefits Salary range: €32,000 - €34,000 per annum (depending on experience) 25 days annual leave plus Good Friday as a Company Day Attractive pension scheme: Company contributes 1.5 times the employee's contribution (up to 6% employee contribution) Additional company benefits INDWH Skills: Customer service Order Picking Logistics
