assets under management.About this role: The purpose of the Finance Data Analyst role is to support delivery of the Data Quality workstreams within the Pepper Ireland business by analysing business systems and processes to determine the quality of the underlying loan data and supporting business functions to address financial data quality issues. The Finance Data Analyst reports to the Business Implementation Lead and is part of the Data Quality Team. The Finance Data Analyst will assist the manager in the execution of the various workstream within the Data Quality framework.Location: DublinContract type: Permanent / Full timeKey Responsibilities: Analyse and interpret loan data at a portfolio level in order to establish the quality of the data.Remediate loans where errors have occurred as part of the business remediation policy.Support business functions with the analysis, calculation and implementation of rate change activity as required.Cleanse and prep data for migration to a new system platform within agreed timelines set.Support the Business Implementation Lead in assessing and recommending effective system fixes and developments to improve data quality.Support different stakeholders and business functions with reporting and closing any data quality issues impacting their area.Provide training to business functions resulting from data quality findings.Adapt to changing priorities and ensure prioritised workstreams are actioned within agreed deadlines set.Skills & Experience3rd Level Qualification in Business / Finance / IT / Accounting disciplinePrevious experience within Financial Services and exposure to a range of asset types including residential mortgages, commercial real estate mortgages and consumer finance products is desirable.Problem solving and root cause identification skills.Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisationMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with othersAcute business acumen and understanding of organisational issues and challengesCompetenciesIT Knowledge – DevelopmentIT Knowledge - GeneralAccuracy & QualityAnalytical ThinkingCommunication & Interpersonal SkillsJudgement & Decision-Making skills Communication SkillsProblem solvingTeam WorkingPepper is
