This department is flexible, so employees can start at 7am if they want to finish at 3:30pm Mon-Thurs. This is a hybrid role, which is 3 days on site and 2 days from home (Monday & Friday).Your new roleAs Technical Account Manager / Customer Account Manager, your role will be to develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations to customers, preparing quotations and lead follow-up. In your role as Technical Account Manager / Customer Account Manager, you will manage relationships with key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining contacts in the customer and manufacturing communities. Developing/reviewing price quotes, negotiating contracts and reviewing sales agreements with business customers.
