* Assist the Store Manager in a Yellow Store, collaborating to deliver results by prioritizing time and effort, exceeding goals, and driving store performance.
* Cultivate a positive team environment promoting a safe and fun atmosphere.
* Maintain merchandising standards meeting and exceeding planned sales and Key Performance Indicators.
* Recruit, coach, and develop a productive and collaborative team.
