Responsibilities
\
\
1. Produce and exceed revenue and asset targets annually
\
2. Work with sponsoring clients to develop and rollout successful supplier finance sales programs
\
3. Build robust active program pipeline, and track items moving to closure for existing and new programs
\
4. Discuss pricing and contracts and in some cases negotiate pricing rates
\
5. Provide feedback and work closely with internal Client teams on customer prioritization, account planning and goal setting
\
6. Gain exposure to corporate clients across different industries/regions as well as internal Trade Product Operations and Sales teams
\
7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communication
\
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
\
9. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and customer engagement
\
10. Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
\
11. Provide regular progress updates to management and stakeholders
\
12. Foster strong relationships with customers through effective communication and issue resolution
\
13. Evaluate customer satisfaction and make recommendations for process improvements
\
14. Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
\
15. Escalate complex customer issues to senior leadership team as needed
\
16. Document and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and correspondence
\
17. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
\
18. Comply with company policies and procedures at all times
\
19. Perform other duties as assigned by management
\
20. Responsible for the implementation of sales strategy and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets
\
21. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and develop sales strategies
\
22. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
\
23. Bid on new business opportunities and participate in RFP responses
\
24. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in sales messaging and positioning
\
25. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, including meetings, phone calls, and emails
\
26. Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
\
27. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
\
28. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and lead generation activities
\
29. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
\
30. Conduct needs assessments to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts
\
31. Prepare and deliver presentations to customers and prospects to promote products and services
\
32. Host webinars, demos, and other events to educate customers and prospects about products and services
\
33. Identify and capitalize on emerging trends and technologies to stay ahead of the competition
\
34. Stay informed about market conditions, competitors, and economic trends that may impact sales performance

Requirements
\
The ideal candidate will have:
\

35. A deep-rooted passion for delivering success
\
36. Formidable experience and working knowledge of customer focus, excellent organizational, planning and prioritization skills, problem solving, fluency in English language, strong management skills, superior verbal and written communication skills, excellent influential skills, ability to efficiently work to specified project delivery deadlines, communication & interpersonal skills
\
37. Minimum of one year's experience in client-focused environment
\
38. Proven communications strategy and style
\
39. Experience providing best-in-class dedicated client service is preferred
\
40. Experienced Sales or Customer Service person (33% sales / 66% project & account management)
\
41. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
\
42. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
\
43. Excellent time management and organization skills
\
44. Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
\
45. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
