Office Administrator
Open Agency Property Management is currently seeking an Office Administrator with experience in a fast-paced environment and supporting various departments in an administration role. The successful candidate will be required to work onsite at our Glenrock office in Galway City five days a week.
Experience Requirements
* Minimum 5 years experience working in a busy office environment
* Competence with Microsoft Office essential (Outlook, Excel, Word)

What you’ll do
* Professionally manage all telephone enquiries and ensure that all calls are dealt with efficiently, ensuring a quality service for our customers
* Respond to email queries from customers
* Event Coordination
* Diary Management
* Liaise with the Management Team providing administration support to them
* Maintain and update electronic and physical files
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €40,000.00-€50,000.00 per year
