Key Responsibilities
* Oversee a diverse portfolio of audit clients
* Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of audit and accounting engagements, ensuring timely completion and effective communication
* Plan, execute, and finalize audit assignments to the highest professional standards
* Lead, manage, motivate, and mentor a team of audit professionals
* Cultivate and maintain proactive, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction
* Conduct research and address technical queries
* Provide high-quality auditing services in compliance with industry standards
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the South-East office
Qualifications/Key Requirements
* ACA or ACCA qualified
* 2-3 years of relevant Post Qualification Experience
* Previous supervisory, team lead, or managerial experience
* A passion for providing exceptional client service
* Excellent attention to detail and technical skills
* Knowledge of business trends and emerging industry developments
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Effective and motivated team player
