Cork City-based Payroll Specialist role offering hybrid working opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process employee expenses in a timely and company policy-compliant manner.
* Issue payslips and expense remittance advices.
* Reconcile data from My Work to Core Pay on a fortnightly basis.
* Adhere to all Payroll controls and deadlines, ensuring compliance with Revenue and management team policies.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year high-volume payroll processing experience.
* Experience with Oracle Systems desirable.
* Detailed knowledge of Revenue rules/legislation and Social Welfare legislation.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
* Ability to communicate with various levels of management and work collaboratively as part of a team.
