We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the Irish market to join our client’s team. Our client is a Gold Partner of Ireland’s innovative “One Stop Shop” initiative within the National Home Energy Upgrade Scheme, supported by SEAI grants.
This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Ireland’s energy transformation by playing a part in creating cleaner, greener, future-proofed homes.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Manager, you will:
* Provide expert advice to homeowners and businesses on:
o Home Energy Assessments
o SEAI grant applications
o Project management
o Coordination of contractor works
o Follow-up BER assessments
o Finance options, including the Home Energy Upgrade Loan Scheme
* Act as the point of contact and project manager for clients during energy upgrade projects, ensuring smooth progress from initial consultation to completion.
* Advise on grants available for multiple home upgrade areas.
* Conduct site visits, including accessing attics and other high areas as needed.
Territory:
The role covers Kerry, Limerick, and Cork and will involve frequent fieldwork to meet clients and oversee projects.

* Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces such as attics.
* Self-motivation and adaptability to manage multiple projects effectively.
