Position Title: Key Account Manager
Location: Shannon
Classification: 12 Month Contract
Reporting to: Inside Sales Director
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for supporting sales across international markets. The role includes maintaining existing accounts, upselling where possible, and assisting in the rollout of new accounts and services to specified customer segments while ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will be a creative, self-motivated, and driven individual capable of prioritizing workload.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build, maintain, and develop relationships with ZAGG field sales, partners, and resellers to increase sales for ZAGG International.
* Develop a strong understanding of ZAGG products; a flair for technical learning will be an advantage. Stay updated on product changes and new information.
* Support sales with presentations, sample requests, and other internal tasks.
* Inform distributors and resellers about new product introductions, business opportunities, marketing programs, and activities.
* Analyze sell-through data from accounts and ensure they are up to speed on regional sales for their accounts.
* Drive inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interfaces to maintain and expand business relationships and market share with existing and new customers.
* Focus on new account development and/or expanding existing accounts.
* Display promotional awareness and drive product and promotion initiatives within the reseller channel.
* Work with relevant account stakeholders to ensure accurate stock level forecasts.
* Identify potential areas for process improvement and work on these initiatives independently.
* Assist with training as required.
* Serve as an effective link between sales and other departments in Shannon to help drive the business forward.
* Perform additional duties as required.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:
* Third-level qualification in Business, Administration, Languages, or Sales.
* 5+ years of relevant experience.
* Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Technically competent, with prior experience in a technology sales environment.
* Well-organized and detail-oriented.
* A self-starter with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* A second language would be an advantage.
