About the Job
We are looking for an experienced BIM/CAD professional to contribute to BIM lifecycle management in data center design. The ideal candidate is well-versed in graphical communication for building drawings and has a passion for innovative production.
As a Lifecycle BIM Specialist, you will produce and maintain Lifecycle sets for ACS and MEP drawing sets, providing support to the Fleet Remediation Engineering team. You will utilize your experience in Revit and ACAD to update and create new BIM models from as-built documentation.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Updating CAD drawings, BIM models, and providing Lifecycle document control.
* Facilitating updates of CAD drawings, BIM models, and providing Lifecycle documentation through vendors.
* Assisting the data center AWS teams with access, content requests, and submittals for As-Built & Record Documentation.
* Managing the issuing and revisions of drawings & models, providing concurrent content through collaborative onsite validation.
* Working on concurrent projects in multiple geographical locations.

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. We're a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Cumulative of 8+ years BIM/CAD experience in Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Building Design & services focused on building engineering and construction technology.
* 5+ years Revit experience using Revit to design and coordinate large Mechanical/electrical projects.
* 8+ years CAD experience in MEP Building Design & services.
* 5+ years experience taking drawings from conceptual design through construction documents.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Previous experience with Data Center Operations.
* 2+ years Document Control Systems and Maintenance.
* 2+ years Facilities Maintenance & Operations software experience.
* Experience with Navis, Procore, Bim360.
* Data Center Professional Accreditation.
