Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to health and safety regulations. Financial Management: Manage budgets, optimise costs, and drive sales through innovative marketing strategies and exceptional service. What Were Looking For: Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of restaurant/bar management software and POS systems. A passion for food, wine, and creating memorable experiences.
