About the Role:

* Improve campaign performance, focusing on budget fulfilment, cold start strategies, campaign stability, fraud prevention, and attribution.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, leading research into computational advertising mechanisms and maintaining technical competitiveness of bidding frameworks.
What We're Looking For:
* Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or related fields.
* Expertise in advertising bidding and game theory, with a strong grasp of bidding paradigms and auction mechanisms.
* Proven experience in AI-driven ad optimisation, including smart bidding, budget pacing, fraud detection, and attribution modelling.
* Strong research background, with papers or posters in top AI/advertising conferences preferred.
* Ability to stay at the forefront of emerging ad-tech innovations and translate them into real-world applications.
