Support officer required for immediate start
Our client, whose head office is based in Dublin City and has other offices located throughout Ireland, is seeking an administrator for a 9-month period. This role may be extended depending on the client’s needs and budget approval. Candidates must be available for an immediate start.
The successful candidate will be required to provide excellent service to their client along with building an understanding of the client's needs, expectations, and exceeding and managing these. You will also be required to be an excellent team player.
The role will involve but is not limited to:
* Providing excellent customer care through both ticket handling, calls, and emails.
* Processing applications and requests on behalf of the customer.
* Giving access to systems for new users.
* Updating and providing reports to both internal management and the customer.
* Processing registrations.
* Setting up new customers and ensuring all documentation is in order.
* General administration such as updating files, procedures, etc.
* Updating invoicing records and allocating costings.
The successful candidate must have:
* At least 1-2 years of experience within administration, ideally with a customer care background.
* Knowledge of SharePoint and Dynamics.
* Previous experience with CRM systems.
* Knowledge of Excel.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Great team player.
* Excellent communication skills.
