Shop Manager Clonmel
Our client is a renowned fifth-generation company in the food production sector, celebrated for their high-quality products and services.
With a growing network of 12 shops across Ireland, they offer their customers an exceptional retail experience that embodies Quality and Expertise, developed through various generations.
The Role:
They are now seeking a Shop Manager based at their Clonmel facility due to continued growth.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a genuine passion for retail with the ability to handle daily operations alongside complex systems-based protocols demanding strict adherence to regulation.
As our clients brand ambassador, you will lead consumer experiences and manage the workflow and sense of community within your team.
You will ensure that the company brand values of quality and service are understood and transmitted by everyone in the store, from Food Creators to Counter Sales etc.
Responsibilities:
* Implement established business strategy, assigning roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on strengths and abilities.
* Drive customer experiences that achieve measurable results.
* Monitor and manage the business operational plan including stock management, budgets and profit and loss.
* Delivering excellent store standards consistently.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and legal policies and procedures including HACCP protocols.
* Ad hoc duties as required.
Knowledge & Experience Required:
A minimum of 5 years experience managing teams of 10, or more. You will have previous experience working in the retail sector.
Candidates coming from other areas of retail outside of food production will also be considered.
A dynamic leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver excellence.
Proven track record in driving operational standards across the shop and a strong commercial acumen.
Successful proven track record of Team Building and Leadership.
The ability to make independent decisions in a busy environment where the customer is at the heart of every decision.
Prior experience of working with Planograms, in both understanding and creating.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all departments.
The capability to role model the company culture and values.
Previous experience of rota projections and management.
