Job Purpose:
To contribute to the development of the Mid-West Region, Limerick, Clare, Tipperary, by providing administrative support to the Regional Business Development Team in Limerick and other offices as needed, helping to deliver regional investments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide efficient administrative services, including managing communications, invoices, event logistics, and office scheduling.
* Coordinate activities, itineraries, presentations, and reports to advance business development initiatives.
* Create high-quality marketing materials such as brochures, profiles, and infographics.
* Conduct research and maintain a database of relevant regional information.
* Update the CRM system and produce weekly progress reports for management.
* Collaborate with the Regional Executive and Manager to track key performance metrics.
* Represent and uphold the organization's brand within the region.
* Contribute to the growth of the Regional Business and Relationship team.
* Engage in continuous professional development and participate in performance reviews.
