The Client Executive role is a key position within our dynamic team setting. The successful candidate will work closely with an Account Director to manage and develop an established commercial book of business.
Sales and Activity Management
* Responsibilities include managing client insurance requirements, including renewals, mid-year alterations and claims handling in accordance with agreed protocols and procedures.
* Provide account support to Account Directors on clients, ensuring all agreed processes are followed.
* Manage aged debt and premium collection efficiently.
* Ensure compliance with all management audit requirements.
Customer Relationship Management
* Build effective working relationships with customers by establishing trust, anticipating needs and meeting commitments.
* Deal with customer queries, issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Customer Service
* Maintain a professional image, exceeding customer service standards at all times.
* Take personal responsibility for delivering high-quality work, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
* Respond to customer requests, enquiries and staff/management in a professional and timely manner.
Team Collaboration
* Work closely with the designated Account Director to achieve shared goals.
* Collaborate as part of a team environment to meet customer needs and targets.
* Contribute to the team's success by sharing knowledge, skills and best practices.
Compliance
* Work with the team manager and compliance teams to ensure quality file records meet prescribed standards.
Requirements
* Minimum CIP qualification required.

Person Specification
* Previous experience in Open I or similar industry.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Friendly and assertive phone manner.
* Ability to develop relationships with insurers and clients.
