We are seeking a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our operations division in Dublin. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert HR support and guidance.

Responsibilities
1. Provide HR support and guidance to employees and management.
2. Manage industrial relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.
3. Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
4. Handle employee relations and resolve any conflicts or grievances.
5. Maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in a Generalist role.
* Strong experience in IR, disciplinary & grievances matters.
* Ability to prepare and present for third-party hearings.
* Excellent knowledge of Employment Law.
* Proficient in Microsoft products.
* Valid driver's license, as travel throughout Ireland is essential.
