Property Management Administrator
Lex Consultancy is partnered with a leading Property Asset Management provider to fill a permanent contract position in Dublin 4.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as primary point of contact for tenants, clients, solicitors, contractors, and property service providers.
* Manage and update monthly excel-based client reports on rent collection and management activities, ensuring high data integrity.
* Understand property management performance and operational issues, providing recommendations to the management team.
* Complete administrative tasks and functions related to properties, including:
o Preparing tenant lease documentation.
o Processing RTB registrations.
o Setting up utility accounts.
o Preparing and issuing statutory notices.
* Perform other ad-hoc general administration responsibilities as required.
Required Skills:
* Previous experience in the property industry is advantageous.
* Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills are necessary.
* Excellent numerical and organisational skills are required.
* A professional and approachable attitude is essential.
Work Arrangements:
