Job Description
* Ensure accuracy in plans, drawings, and quantities by checking calculations.
* Monitor and interpret contract design documents from clients or architects.
* Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors, and the workforce involved in the project.
* Set out using various instruments chosen by the company.
* Supervise and monitor subcontractors' work.
* Report progress to Package Managers and highlight any issues.
* Provide technical guidance and resolve unexpected technical difficulties.
* Maintain quality management and BCAR coordination.
* Comply with planning, health and safety, and environmental standards.
* Report weekly and monthly data to site teams, stakeholders, and partners.
* Perform other duties as required by the Company.
Requirements
* Degree qualified in Engineering (Civil/Structural).
* Significant experience as a Site Engineer with a Developer and/or Main Contractor.
* Strong setting out experience using Total Station and GPS equipment.
* Full clean manual driver's license is essential.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
* Strong attention to detail.
