Our client, a leading multinational, is experiencing substantial growth and is recruiting for a HRBP to join their People team of 6. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will work alongside a high-performance team to ensure a strong culture and robust policy implementation across the business.
The ideal candidate will have broad generalist and 360 experience in HR, driving recruitment and managing the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive a positive employee relations culture; proactively resolve issues and mediate conflicts
* Promote and initiate new employee engagement programmes and encourage employee involvement
* Coach and empower leaders during the entire employee life cycle
* Drive the recruitment process, working closely with the Hiring Manager
* Responsible for employee files and relevant documentation in relation to new hires, changers, and leavers
* Benchmark HR best practices and develop company-wide HR initiatives and programs in line with business requirements
* Manage probation and performance reviews to ensure timely completion
* Ad-hoc projects and duties as required
Key Skills:
* BA Degree in HR or similar discipline
* 4 years' experience in a hands-on generalist HR role
* Strong HR systems and MS Office Suite experience
* Proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels
* Enjoys a varied role and emphasizes strong culture and team building initiatives
* Excellent communication (written/verbal) and presentation skills
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
