Check out this video to hear directly from them.Mission of IT Tools:Our main goal is simple: get Wayflyer to utilise our tools and services in the best and most efficient way possible. We have a large toolset of cloud applications that we manage, automate and improve upon constantly.IT Tools are responsible for most of the SaaS apps at Wayflyer. This includes procuring, configuring, deploying, securing, and teaching the organisation about them. We work very closely with the Security, Legal, and People departments in order to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.What you'll do:You'll be part of the IT Tools team, which sits within the larger Corporate IT team. Currently, the IT Tools team consists of one person. As a small unit, we need to be flexible and ready to support other Corporate IT members when urgent matters arise. We follow agile practices including sprints, daily stand-ups, and bi-weekly retrospectives.In this role, you'll help manage the increasing support demands as our organisation expands. You'll also contribute to planning and executing major projects, streamline our daily operations, and train users in our productivity applications.Maintain our SaaS application portfolio and identify opportunities for improvement.Research, evaluate, configure and implement new SaaS applications.Manage user access and identity through our identity provider.Create automated workflows using system APIs to integrate various systems.Maintain client device security through regular software updates.Collaborate with other departments on strategic projects.Write technical documentation and end-user guides.Knowledge, experience and skills:You have documented experience administering IdP's such as Okta, PingIdentity, or OneLogin.You know your way around managing SaaS applications like Slack, Jira, and Notion.You have experience hardening the security aspects of different SaaS applications.You have a deep understanding of SSO via SAML/OIDC and SCIM.You possess intermediate knowledge of a scripting language such as shell or Python.You have experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf Pro, Mosyle, or NinjaOne.You have worked with HRIS systems such as BambooHR, Workday, or HiBob.You are highly service-minded and see projects to completion.You are fluent in English - any additional language is considered a plus.What you're like as a person:What is important to point out is that you can do most or all of the above mentioned and can point to your real experience doing it.
