Market Engagement & Risk Transfer: Lead discussions with insurers, brokers, and other stakeholders to secure optimal coverage. Evaluate risk transfer options and balance major insurance coverage with cost-effective self-insurance. Claims Management: Manage claims from start to finish, ensuring that they are investigated and resolved efficiently in line with policy terms. Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior stakeholders across the business to ensure insurance needs are met. Act as a point of escalation for critical claims with financial or reputational risk. A relevant third-level qualification in Business, Insurance, or related fields. ACII Qualification (Chartered Insurance Risk Manager/Practitioner) is highly desirable.
