Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Assets Manager to join our team, ideally with a Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services background. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing performance and customer relations for our responsive maintenance service.
This role reports directly to the Director of Assets and is an integral part of our asset management service, providing a quality experience for our tenants.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage performance and customer relations for our responsive maintenance service
* Assist the Director of Assets in the strategic delivery of a quality asset management service

Requirements:
* Third level qualification (HNC, HND or Bachelors Degree) or above in a mechanical, electrical or Building Services discipline
* A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in reactive/response maintenance at a supervisory or management level
* Experience of constructing business cases, board reports and presentations
* IT literate with demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and database management
* A current full driving licence and access to a suitable form of transport
