Job Title: IT Help Desk Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Help Desk Manager to lead our IT teams in Galway, Ireland. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will see you manage first & second level support, vendor relationships, and drive innovation in our IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Inspire and lead IT Helpdesk teams to deliver exceptional service and support.
* Ensure smooth daily operations and efficient resolutions of IT issues.
* Owning relationships with outsourced IT service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
* Leading the IT fit-out of new store openings, ensuring all technology systems are integrated and functioning effectively.
* Enhancing IT support processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
* Technical expertise in hardware, networks, infrastructure, and applications.
* Experience with Windows Server, Cloud-based Administration, and Remote Support & Monitoring.
* Proven leadership experience in leading IT teams.
* Excellent communication and process-driven skills.
* Skills: Support Infrastructure Troubleshooting.
