HRBaires is working with a "Top Workplace" tech business outsourcing company who is looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative. As an Inside Sales Representative, this role will promote a world-class business marketing tool on the EMEA market.
Position: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Dublin, Republic of Ireland
Work model: Hybrid, 2 days in the office
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: 42.000€ + (8000 € - variable bonus)
Duties And Responsibilities
* Proactively reach out to potential customers through various channels, including email campaigns, cold calls, and social media outreach.
* Research and qualify leads to establish a strong sales pipeline.
* Drive business growth by effectively communicating the value of Mailchimp’s solutions and successfully closing sales.
* Manage and prioritize a pipeline of opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate tracking of progress.
* Develop and implement strategic sales tactics to optimize lead conversion and revenue generation.
* Identify upselling opportunities to increase product usage and deepen account relationships.
* Build and nurture strong business relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor.
* Promote the client’s products and services, generating interest and raising awareness among potential customers.
Requirements
* Native/fluent in English (C1), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
* At least 12 months of experience in outbound sales, ideally within the SaaS or IT services industry.
* Previous experience with software vendors, SaaS, or system integrators is highly preferred.
* Strong skills in prospecting, discovery, and delivering presentations.
* A solutions-focused approach with a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.
* A collaborative team player with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
* Tech-savvy, with a strong passion for innovative technology solutions.
* Self-motivated, adaptable, and decisive, capable of excelling in a fast-paced environment.
* Skilled at clearly communicating technical and business value propositions via phone and email.
* Strong presentation skills.
