Accounts Assistant
Main Duties
* Accounts Payable: Verify accuracy of vendor invoices and ensure timely payments.
* Accounts Receivable: Manage customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
* Reconciliation: Reconciliations of bank statements & credit card statements.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, such as filing and ordering stationery.
Requirements:
* Previous AP experience
* Strong computer skills
* Excellent numerical skills with attention to detail
* Excellent organisation skills
* Experience in finance or business: 1 year (preferred)
