Our client, a leading law firm based in Dublin, have a newly created Senior Legal Bookkeeper role for whom it is seeking interested parties. This is a superb opportunity to join a thriving law firm!
The Role
The Senior Legal Bookkeeper will work with other global members of the accounts team providing support on various accounting and administrative tasks. This role will have a reporting line to the Cashier Manager and the Finance Manager. The role will centre around (tasks listed in no particular order) Accounts Payable, Monthly Reporting, Cashiering, Client Account and compliance with Law Society Regulations.
About You
Ideally you meet the following criteria:
1. Extensive previous cashiering and client accounts experience in a law firm.
2. Working knowledge of the Law Society Accounts rules and other regulatory procedures in a law firm.
3. Stakeholder management experience. Previous experience of managing client and Partner relationships in a law firm.
4. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
This role will operate a hybrid working policy of minimum 2-3 days weekly in office.
