Onnec Ireland Ltd currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Administrator to join our Dublin based team for a Maternity Cover Role.
The successful candidate will be a key resource in our project delivery team for a key hyperscale client.
The Project Administrator will be based on our client site and will work closely with both the customer and ONNEC project delivery team.
What you'll be doing as our Project Administrator: Organise Visitor Bookings, access requests and meeting room bookingsIn conjunction with HR onboard and offboard staff to the client screening & induction requirementsMonitor and record all absences including annual leave and sick leave for the project delivery team.Point of Contact for project delivery team in regards annual leave and absence reportingMaintain the current site staff list, updating weekly labour allocationsMonitoring training and induction records, organising safety training in collaboration with Business Support TeamRecording and reporting weekly labour hours to both the client and project delivery teams including H&S.Assist finance team with labour and material invoicing summariesCreating labels for site staff as requiredPerforming all other administrative duties in relation to projects deliveryWhat we're looking for in our Project Administrator: 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role.High Level of Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Highly motivated, adaptable and flexible; able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously.Excellent organisational skills, able to take the initiative and work independently.Basic knowledge, understanding and experience of construction processes.Working knowledge of Intact ERP system or similar in-house documentation system is advantageous.
