Aviation Finance PA Role
We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Personal Assistant (PA) to join our Aviation Finance team. The team acts for leading domestic and international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage travel and accommodation requirements for partners and other team members.
* Take ownership of monthly invoicing, ensuring accurate compliance with client requirements.
* Liaise with clients on invoicing queries and outstanding invoices.
* Assist with client on-boarding.
* Accurately type and produce emails and documents.
* Support business development administration, including internal and external committees.
* Diary and email management, including proactive monitoring and taking action where needed.
* Manage expenses on behalf of allocated staff.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience as a PA supporting senior staff in a professional services environment.
* Advanced working knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to deliver high-quality, accurate work.
* A post-leaving certificate qualification, such as a diploma or certificate in secretarial studies. Relevant work experience will be considered in lieu.
* A high level of integrity, discretion, and trust with confidential information.
* An adaptable approach to work and a proven ability to work unsupervised as part of a team.
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
* A desire and ability to work as part of a PA team supporting partners and others.
