Job Description & Summary:

Our Technology & Digital Consulting team is dedicated to leveraging technology in order to solve complex business problems for our clients. We work with Ireland’s largest organisations across a wide range of industries including financial services, government, healthcare, technology, media and telecoms.
As a Microsoft Analytics Developer (Manager), you’ll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, apply your technology experience and client leadership skills, to drive forward projects and programmes from strategy to execution.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Solving real business needs by applying your knowledge of Microsoft Analytics architectures, roadmaps and implementation strategies.
2. Leveraging best practices to integrate analytics into existing IT infrastructure and introduce new analytics architectures.
3. Collaborating with business users and partners to gather requirements and understand data needs (both verbal and written).
4. Supporting business development activities by developing technical and financial proposals and being proactive in identifying new work.
Experiences and skills:
1. BA/BS degree in Information System Management, Computer Science or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years experience in a technical role utilising Azure with scope including Azure data services (Synapse, Data Factory, Azure Stream Analytics, etc) and/or components such as a Data Lake, Machine Learning/AI service, Application Deployment, Cloud Migration, etc.
3. Preferred Certifications: Azure Data Scientist Associate, Azure AI Engineer Associate, Azure Enterprise Data Analyst Associate, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect.
4. Experience in predictive modelling, data mining, regression techniques, testing methodologies or machine learning.
5. Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate the rationale behind architectural decisions to a broad set of stakeholders.
6. Experience with Azure data services, such as Synapse, Data Factory, Azure Stream Analytics, Azure SQL etc.
