Kumon Europe & Africa develops every child's potential, offering maths and English study programmes to more than four million students worldwide.
There are currently 30 study centres across the Island of Ireland, part of a network of 650 Franchise centres in the UK & Ireland.
As an Area Manager, your role is to support a group of our Instructors (franchisees) to ensure the growth of their business including the recruitment and retention of their students in their study centres.
You will be fully remote and work from home but will cover areas across Ireland and Northern Ireland.
All Area Managers benefit from on the job training programme, some of which will be based in the UK.
We are looking for an Area Manager to work as part of a small Company team and to work closely with our Franchisees to develop and grow their centres within the local community.
The successful Candidate will develop a strong relationship with their Instructors.
You will create a centre visit schedule that supports them and their students, whilst also supporting them remotely.
You will create a strategy to achieve your area goals in line with Company targets and identify new franchise locations to expand the Franchise network.
The goal is to ensure that the Franchise Instructors deliver our programmes effectively and build a strong reputation within the local Community, thus allowing them to be as profitable as possible.
Ideally, you will have some business and management experience and have a passion for education and self-development.
