This role involves managing customer accounts, generating new leads, and driving sales growth through proactive outreach.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
Key Responsibilities & Duties ?

Customer Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong relationships through proactive support, order processing, and follow-ups.

Sales Calls - Conduct inbound and outbound calls to engage customers and identify sales opportunities.

Sales Targets - Meet and exceed monthly sales goals through strategic outreach.

Lead Generation - Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling and other sales techniques.

Product Knowledge - Stay up to date with industry trends and product offerings to provide valuable solutions.

Team Collaboration - Work with internal teams to align sales efforts and marketing initiatives.

Product Launches & Campaigns - Educate customers on new products and drive engagement.

Web Inquiries - Convert online leads into business opportunities.
Requirements ?
Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role ?
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills ?
Ability to work independently and as part of a team ?
Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities ?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, and CRM software Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in telesales or a similar role Benefits ?
