Dairygold Agri-Business Division are pleased to invite applications from suitably qualified persons who will thrive in the role of HR Administrator.
The successful candidate will be based at the Dairygold Agri-Business Centre, Lombardstown, Mallow, Co. Cork.
Reporting to the Agribusiness Human Resources Manager, this role will be an administrative role to the Agri Business HR Team.
What you will bring to Dairygold Possess a third level business or administrative qualification Minimum of 5 years work experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Team player mentality.
Strong IT skills essential.
Access XD People, OBIEE and/or LMS experience an advantage.
Strong accurate numeracy and business writing skills.
Proven attention to detail is imperative.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with all stakeholders.
Knowledge of HR practice and employment legislation an advantage.
Self-motivated and resilient with the capacity to work under pressure.
Able to work effectively in a fast faced matrix environment.
High degree of customer focus and proven ability to add value to internal and external customers.

Agribusiness Induction:
Supporting the setup of thecompany onboarding programme and working closely with the HR Team and in-house trainers to track, plan and monitor the completion rate and effectiveness of the programme Co-
Op Placementsand Development Programmes:
Support the HR team in the recruitment of Co-Op students as part of the companys Graduate and Co-Op recruitment programme.
HR Data Analytics:
Track andreport on HR metrics on a weekly basis to the HR function and
Senior Leadership Team Data Protection:
Membership of HR Data Protection team to ensure HR function is aligned with best practice GDPR compliance Learning & Development: Supporting the HR team in the Planning and Organisation of internal and external training programmes as required Payroll: Active management of payroll including preparation of weekly & monthly payroll reports and liaison with payroll function HR Systems: Maintenance and updating of Access People XD (CORE HR) system to ensure employee data is up to date and that the information is available to support business planning and decision making Engagement and Communications:Support companywide events that include social, charity and corporate social responsibility.
Liaise with content co-ordinators for the Employee App HR Administration: successful management of all aspects of HR Administration HR Projects: Participate in various HR initiatives and projects as required and engage in delivery of HR roadmap with a strong continuous improvement focus on HR processes.
