Benefits: Hybrid working opportunities Health Insurance Performance related pay Company pension And many more Role Purpose Support the design, development and implementation of ESG Reporting within Vhi.
Coordinate inputs from the wider business into the annual sustainability reporting process and support the development of sustainability disclosures for inclusion in Vhis Annual Report.
Develop and implement a structured roadmap for annual CSRD and EU taxonomy reporting, ensuring deadlines and compliance obligations are met.
Develop standardised policies and processes across the Vhi Group relating to ESG reporting (e.g.
KPI definitions, disclosure controls and procedures, reporting timelines, data collection methods etc.)
Stay informed on evolving ESG reporting standards and regulatory changes, acting as a subject-matter expert.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Legal, IT, Risk, and Technical, to deliver on key ESG projects.
Adopt a continuous improvement monitoring and refinement process.
Assess stakeholder feedback, emerging trends, and regulatory compliance for continuous improvement.
Support audits and opportunities to innovate and improve ESG processes.
Where required, support the selection of technology solutions and liaise with IT to understand data collection and reportingrequirements in advance of system implementation.
Education & Experience Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) 3+ year PQE.
ESG experience 2+ years is preferrable.
An interest in the area of sustainability is key.

Excellent project management skills, to handle multiple reporting initiatives, meet deadlines, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
