About your new role as a Mechanical Project Manager
We're looking for motivated and results-driven Mechanical Project Managers to oversee the successful execution of mechanical engineering projects.
You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Oversee and coordinate the work of engineers, contractors, and other team members.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Review and approve technical drawings and specifications.
Identify and resolve any issues or risks that arise during project execution.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations throughout the project.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients on project progress.
What Skills You Need:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role in the engineering industry.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, project management processes, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
A valid driver's license (travel within the region may be required).
