The People Excellence Partner plays a crucial role in supporting the People Business Partner, People Excellence, and People Services teams to enhance business performance through foundational HR excellence.
Hybrid Model: 3 days on site
Key Responsibilities:
Support the local execution of global HR strategies and processes.
Assist in recruitment activities and talent acquisition initiatives.
Facilitate the implementation of the new People & Culture operating model while upskilling the business.
Provide guidance on People & Culture policies and business-related topics.
Support employees and managers throughout the performance management process, including year-end calibrations in collaboration with the People Business Partner.
Manage and coordinate employee separations and absences, ensuring alignment with People Services and the People Business Partner.
Offer support for contingent and non-employee resources in areas such as conversion, transfers, and terminations.
Drive continuous improvement through feedback loops, process enhancements, and collaboration with the People Excellence Partner and People Services.
Provide organizational management support for major business changes, such as restructuring or expansions.
Assist in Workday system audits and data accuracy efforts.
Oversee the Occupational Health process.
Support on-site Associate Resource Group (ARG) initiatives, particularly the Wellness Team.
Facilitate monthly onboarding training for new employees.
Contribute to the launch and execution of the new EMEA onboarding program.
Serve as a key point of contact for the site's Time & Attendance system (TMS).
Coach people leaders on best practices in people management, disciplinary procedures, feedback, and employee development.
Provide guidance to employees on workplace concerns and grievances.
Participate in local, regional, and EMEA-based HR projects as needed.
Generate and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly HR KPI reports for the Senior Leadership Team (SLT).
Collaborate with people leaders on talent management and succession planning initiatives.
Support employee relations cases, including reviewing case files, witness statements, and assisting in drafting submissions for legal proceedings.
Qualifications & Experience:
A degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline.
Proven HR experience within a multinational environment, working with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
Strong expertise in managing complex employee relations, performance management, organizational change, and talent development.
Excellent facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influencing, negotiation, and project management skills.
Ability to engage with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Strong independent judgment with a keen attention to detail.
