Job Description
The role of the Payroll Assistant involves assisting with the preparation of weekly and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of payroll clients across multiple sectors.
You will work to regular deadlines and stay up-to-date with payroll legislation changes as well as any other changes affecting payroll processing.
You will also have additional bookkeeping responsibilities.
Requirements
* Previous proven experience using a payroll system.
* Ideal experience in an accountancy practice environment.
* A qualification in Payroll Practice or equivalent would be desirable.
